Your boyfriend (jimin) is diagnosed with unknown disease and has to go overseas to be treated. And he didn't want to tell it to you because he doesn't want you to be worried so he film a log to tell all of these before going to be hospitalized for years and find cure for it. He can't be visited because they still examining if the disease is contagious or not. And he decided to avoid you for your own sake.
