This guy should be back in the NBA. However, if he was playing in the NBA he would be scoring 25-30 points. Yes, he had a rough time playing in the NBA in his early years, but I think he is ready to make a comeback if he plays in the NBA again.
So many in the NBA don't play D. So I don't think that is the only reason he didn't make it in the NBA as at least a bench player. I think Jimmer didn't make it because size-wise he is caught in between a shooting and point guard. I also think it's because he is at his best when he has the green light. He scores in bunches. He never had that green light in the garbage organization of the Kings he landed in. Would be cool to see what would happen if the worst team in the NBA gave him a green light. Sure his D isn't good, but teams have ways of working around that for players that can score. But the bottom line is he wasn't able to cut it for whatever reason. But who cares? The dude is tearing it up. I don't care what league you are in. 75 points is insane.
True, but in two games over the past two years against the Houston Rockets he has dropped 33 points, 6 assists and 41 points 7 assists respectively. He was the sole focus of the defense in both games.
He was balling in the G-League. He honestly never got a fair chance in the league, there's other players who were in the same situation like Eddie House. Eddie had a good career but he never really got a chance to play major minutes and he was really talented.
