It makes me sad that Jimmy is a legitimate millionaire, yet women still turn him down. He has a very interesting career, an amazing apartment, millions of dollars, yet can't get a woman to go out with him. We're all fucked if Jimmy is.

I love Jim with all my heart.. but I can't believe how naive guys can be. She 100% wasn't interested. 1st off, Sam was right : girls DO feel uncomfortable turning someone down & will try to soften the blow. 2nd & MOST importantly: If she's in the service industry and you're a customer, it's her job to be nice to you. It's VERY awkward being asked out when you're working and your job entails making the customer happy. As a bartender who's waitressed and hosted, I always advise guys to give the chick a break & not put her in that position (unless she's giving off serious vibes). The way to catch a girls attention who works at a bar/restaurant is to be the 1 guy not hitting on her. Make light small talk but don't be overbearing, joke w/her but don't bombard her w/attention. She'll start to seek out your attention.

Credit to Jimmy for trying....A Hostess gets hit on ALL THE TIME. They really have no tolerance for it. Because it happens so often. Asking a hostess out is pretty ballsy. And when the no or lukewarm reply comes back... ouch... it's a serious sting. But credit to Jimmy for enduring what he knew would likely be a sting.
