One of my favorite Jimmy Buffett songs. It’s been a year since Jimmy left us, and it still hurts. I’m so grateful for all the live music that has been recorded, either by Jimmy and his band, or by devoted fans. Thanks for sharing.

Buffet is a cultural icon. A great story teller who could turn a phrase and teach us about the tropics and mystical places in our hearts and minds. He valued people, family, relationships, our coastlines. Thank you for your artistry, Jimmy. I miss you. I miss Fruitcakes and One Particular Harbor, Stars on the Water, Biloxi. I am taken back in time to a place pre Oil Spill with Seminole Winds, waukela springs, limestone waterways , park preservation. Love to Gulf Islands National Seashore Parks.

Jimmy is now resting in that island paradise in the sky

Jimmy had been playing those songs for almost 40 years and even in his older years, he always seem to play them with passion.

This song was different each show, and always my favorite. It showcases the talents of the entire Coral Reefer Band. He warned us that one day he would finally disappear, but I could not be prepared for it.

This song is so special to me. I remember swimming on the shores of Lake Michigan in Door County Wisconsin and hearing this song every so often. Nicolet Bay at Peninsula State Park will always be that "One Particular Harbor" to me
