I love Jimmy Cliff and his music! I met him after a gig in Amagansett NY. We talked about a sequel to 'The Harder they Come'. He had a script, and was looking for funding. It would be fantastic to see it produced. Long may Jimmy's spirit and music live on!

Thanks for posting. This is wonderful in every respect: Jimmy Cliff(!); the people supporting him on stage, who seem to be enjoying themselves immensely; the rainbow of colors worn by the people in the audience [despite the rain], the huge audience enjoying the fantastic Jimmy Cliff as much as I [and the other people posting comments here!} do, and, the great closeups of everybody. Just awesome. Thanks again.

If more American Blacks would listen to Jimmy Cliffs music with positive lyrics rather than degrading RAP lyrics they would have a more positive outlook on life.
Interesting he reversed the two verses, and the band slowed the tempo some. (Compared to the Top 40 version) But that's live music. Wonder why the band has to wear those matching t shirts.?
