even though it's fewer guesses and more ways to configure the guess, wordle is definitely easier than mastermind!! I played that as a kid too. wordles benefit is that it's not just nonsensical colors, it's actual words which helps tons!

I always use a couple of guesses on all unused letters. That narrows down the choices. I would not ever start trying to get the word as my second guess.

This is similar to the game _Jotto_ in which you're told how many letters you got right but not which ones or whether they're in the right positions. Getting a zero score for a guess is good because it eliminates five letters.

I always start with ratio but arise is good too. Two common consonant and 3 vowels. I prefer ratio because of you don't hit a vowel or need a second one, it's usually e or you can just tell it's the u.

Statistically, the best word to start with is ROATE. 26 letter in the alphabet with 30 squares. 5- 5 letter groups that give a greater chance of solving is: Junks Whomp Calyx Fritz If there’s a double consonant it’s more difficult. Other groups: Stare, doing, lucky Tubes, fling, champ, wordy Hope this helps! Have fun 🤩

i have noticed that, too. he tries to get jimmy into a conversation, but jimmy never plays along. i wonder what happened there. i am also surprise steve higgins has been in the studio this month (hell i am surprised there has even been an audience), because i thought the reason he was never there when they were in the other studio with no audience was because he is high risk.

The day he returned Jimmy made an awkward comment about how they hadn’t had enough space in the smaller studio for Steve. But yeah, I feel bad for Steve now; he seems left out and his interactions with Jimmy feel forced.
