False ! ...I don't think Paul will say he wrote this song ! In fact, it was written by a man who just passed, living in central Tenn., by the name of Bob Hodge. Bob penned MY WALKING SHOES in 1958 when he and Jimmy were in Detroit. Jimmy recorded it a few hears later and never gave Mr. Hodge the credit
Does anyone remember a video of this song done by a group with a female lead singer, I can't recall the name of the group, the song was recorded on a video in a radio station recording room, shows them playing live at the station, and the comments were that the band could use a banjo player. I really liked the video but can no longer find it. Thanks for any help.
