A word for this time when the love of many have waxed cold . Sin has abounded . Many in the church are asleep . Hearts have become hardened because of a deceitful heart and the love of the world and of the fleshly desires.
THIS is the jiring mmy swaggart i will always remember i know i n was saved watching and did my first prayer of repentence watching his tv programme and i still remember therewere miracles in usa and around the world so no one told me truth the way he said it i come from catholic backhround an agnosteftic family i am still grateful
I remember Jimmy preached a powerful sermon entitled-"The Sound of Pentecost" from his San Antonio crusade. I'll never forget the effect that sermon had on me.
I have a message with that same title preached during the 4th of July Camp Meeting in 1987. If you have the San Antonio crusade, I would love to see it.

In the beginning God gave you one commandment to live by as in Genesis and the deceiver said "Has god thus said? questioning what God has said!!! today Satan is still questioning what God has said! and replacing what God said with man's word and mans deception for money. God said , " my people are destroyed because of a lack of knowledge" I know this knowledge is the word of the Holy Spirit . . . teaching anything that is not of the Holy Spirit (the word of god i.e. the Holy Bible is not recommended. and will produce something different than the scriptures teach. The Apostle Paul said,"We have obeyed from the heart that form of knowledge delivered us" he also said we are baptized into the body of Christ which is the Church" this is the reason the Ethiopian Eunuch wanted to be baptized immediately because there was water near by. The liar will say you can wash a dirty little pig and he will run back and get dirty again but he is the one that has hardened his heart and like the deaf adder in Psalms puts his tail in his ear like the chief priests could not accept that the man born blind had his sight restored even after making his parents come and say this was their son and still they couldn't accept that he had his sight restored by the Christ. The bottom line is "if you obey from the heart the teachings of Jesus death burial and resurrection you will want to be baptized in water (buried) with Christ and raised with Christ in a water grave that is what the Holy Spirit teaches . . . this is your new birth and your first resurrection. . . into the body of Christ the Church.
