That's a yes and no answer. Everybody has a calling from The Lord. Once you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, where do you go from here ? Now that you have received Jesus , you need to grow. That's where other preachers come in. God has called other preachers to teach the church about Faith. The bible tells us; without Faith ,it is impossible to please God. The just shall walk by Faith. You do realize; there's a difference between Faith and believe ? There are other preachers that teach ; How to pray. Most christians are ignorant on how to pray. You know they're ignorant. Because they pray ; if it be thy will, when they pray over a sick body. And when the person doesn't get healed but dies instead. They say, well I guess it wasn't God's will to heal uncle john. God , I wish I could get into the topic on prayer, and how it works. But it's too lengthy. Anyway, jimmy was a great preacher when it came to salvation. Off on other topics. Too bad he fell twice. When he fell, even the 1st time. Think of the damages he caused to the church, he destroyed his reputation, not to mention the damages he caused to his own marriage. I mean he gave himself a huge black eye.

He still made millions ripping off gullible people with this materialistic TV gospel rubbish. There's a nice lyric, "The God I believe in isn't short on cash, mister". This is also the guy who got caught fucking a prostitute, made a big theatrical fake public apology which his gullible followers bought... and then did it again. Really admirable.
