I’ve been saving up XP for three months for the day they release that boat. Those Pan Asian cruisers are beasts esp if you’re an experienced torp player.
Excellent description of the ship. Torps are her biggest traits. I once had 42 torp hits with Jinan in a single game. You know which game I'm talking about.

I'm having a blast with Mino, and since Jinan is built similar to it, ig many Mino line skills will apply to these Bing Chilling cruisers. Can't wait to get my hands on one.
Been waiting impatiently for months. While everyone was going GaGa over the Atlantico, I I was enjoying the Harbin. My first DD line was PanAsian and the CL line plays just like them only with better guns to deal with enemy DD’s. You’re absolutely right, if you pretend you’re in a DD, games go much smoother although sometimes I forget I’m in a cruiser and DW torps can still hurt me. Lol. Have around 900k xp on the Harbin, waiting for the line to get the Sejong. Hoping they release a pan Asian commander pack soon. I’ve been speed leveling my legendary DD commander for the Jinan, but would rather than the cruiser guy for obvious reasons. At least the DD guy has giant hunter+ which will make those torps even more lethal.
They need to get they fingers out their assess and release this amazing ship to the masses. 900k xp is a lot, you are gonna have a blast with Sejong and Jinan!
Yes, I have the tier 5 and tier 6. It took me almost 10 games to get used to the tier 6. I enjoy it now. I have victories every time I playing it. And as you said that patience is the name of the game I guess that’s why they’re taking so long in releasing them.😂🎉 Thank you for the video ,hoping they come out soon ❤
I have already perform very well with the t7, so I’m very interested to try the others ships of this line, the jinan it’s obviously the pinacle and a very good ship indeed
Nice video as always ! But i think it too strong for high risk high reward ship. I mean, the Minotaur moove and explode as good, but Jinan have a lot better AA and torpedoes, and HE + AP ...
Yes, the Jinan is better than Mino overall. So we now have a new High skill high reward ship. I still think it's balanced. Since Jinan doesn't have sonar nor a real smoke
@@BobLyn definitely not OP i agree but clearly to strong compare to the other light cruisers. And even DD, i mean you have better torpedoes than the Shima, with good guns, AA and smoke :O if the argument is "DD don't have a citadel", then why the Colombo, CV, Conqueror or Vermont also one shoot them ?
Skipping to tier 9 immediately. Jinan will be the new high risk, high reward ship. Mino is replaced at top tier of that. While Mino is still top meta, Jinan will be a great combo if it and Zao.
