I have never commented on any video on youtube. This the first time and its worth the time. Simply put, my family LOVED it. I love prawns, only when they are cooked right. For me cooking prawns for that long didnt seemed right. What i did was to saute prawns for max 3-4 mins and took them out in a plate. Added the prawns when it was time to cover and cook rice. Prawns were soft and juicy, just the way i like them. Thank you Ruby for this delicious recipe.

I have made jhinga pulao and it turned out soo delicious although i didnt use soya but the spices are very balanced and they give a nice flavour to the pulao.
Just made this superb pulao...it is yummy, simple and everyone loved it...I just made a changes..we don't eat dill so I added mint..and I made it in pressure cooker with only one whistle...thanks for the recipe
