I've been using Jingwon since before it was cool. He was my first void legendary. I used him in clan boss to deal with the stun and bring brimstone. He is way better now, but i still think plarium missed the mark by not adding Polymorph to his passive. Thanks for the champion highlights. We can always count on you for quality content.
honestly RAID have been doing a lot of good work on buffing champions lately, I've just maxed Jingwon last week, two days ago I maxed Lady of Ireth too. They used to be two of my best Vault Guardians, not anymore. ;)
Jingwon is is really good after the buff he got, Well done to Plarium. Yet I still think they missed the opportunity to get him into the Hydra and Arena meta. Moving his Block Active Skills on the A3 would make him really strong for the Arena and moving his Dec. Accuracy and Strenghten to his A2 would make him really strong for the Hydra, and thus make him a strong option for both areas.
I think you're massively overrating him for Hydra. Block buffs is nice, but he's not bringing in any other key roles. Someone like Uugo (an epic) brings in both block buffs, decrease defense and she has other niche stuff too. Jingwon does have some other niche stuff, but none of them are so important for someone to want to include it to their team. A void lego that just brings 1 key role for Hydra while there are epics and tons of other other affinity legos that bring in twice as much or even more is a bit underwhelming imo.
