Tatiana has an amazing voice control e breathing technique. She's able to maintain the perfomance level in terms of voice and body expression until the very end of the concert. What a phenomenal singer.

Frontwomen don't have a single right to perform with melodic death metal bands, metalcore bands, deathcore bands, and even groove metal bands! That is disrespectful! Only frontMEN can perform in these bands, including Jinjer! Maksym Fatullaiev, the original male lead singer of Jinjer can scream and growl better than her! I want him back and have Tatiana fired from metal music forever! This band is so incredibly talented and it saddens me it took me this long to check them out even though ive known about jinjer for over 10 years. My new favorite band of all time now! They deserve so much more recognition and success. Tati , you are a beast!
The fact they do Pisces on the back half of their set at all their shows just further shows the control and strength of Tati’s voice. 6 songs and 30 minutes into the set and she absolutely crushes that song. I love her and they whole band is talented beyond belief. When a group of people this much talent somehow find each other it’s a special treat for the rest of us to get to experience it!
She doesn't even hit the clean high note here. I'll take the version where she does... And she's flat on Vortex. Musta been a bad monitor mix. I've heard her plenty a million times better than this...
@@savagelea1330 you can actually hear her catching her breath while singing the soft parts lol pisces was definitely chosen as a break, which I think worked nicely because they still killed it at the end.

Yes, they are amazing! I think what makes them so amazing, is that they have the modern progressive style, but they still care about writing „songs“ not just the heaviest riffs, breakdowns etc. Their songs have structure, choruses that stick in your head. Many technical death and deathcore bands don‘t have that. I can‘t wait so see them live too. But i will see them at Wacken next year for the first time. I also go to Wacken for the first time. Its going to be a blast! 🤘

I'm with ya! I'm 60, been playing bass and singing professionally for 45 years. Seen em all, including Rush 36x. I've never even been into metalcore until now. Jinjer is the most exciting live band on the planet right now in my humble opinion. And their albums are amazing! LOVE seeing a woman wield such power! I'm praying they can keep it up for years to come.
Unreal all round you legends, glad I finally caught you live at Good Things Brisbane!! Sound quality for one of the first up bands was insane...........should have been you guys headlining!! :)
I've honestly been debating with myself whether she's the best metal vocalist of all time since I first heard them, seeing this video has sealed it, I can't think of another singer who goes so seamlessly between clean and growls, not to mention a virtually unmatched range.
Jinjer is the best metal band on the planet right now. An amazing fusion of metalcore and nu metal. Now add a way cool infusion of bebop jazz and you got Tati and Jinjer. Stunning. Simply stunning.

@@MrFrogbot1 Yeah, Tool, Gojira etal are def bad ass too. Nothing more subjective than music in this world but for me Jinjer with Tati is different, just different. Like they created a new metal subgenre. Another band that I totally get into is Draconian. Love doom metal as well.

her vocal control during pisces is so much better than it was at wacken in 2019. shit's crazy EDIT: nevermind, her entire vocal ability during live performances has improved TENFOLD since 2019.

It's interesting how war changes one's perspective. I distinctly remember an old interview where Tati said that she felt "No sense of loyalty or obligation to Ukraine". Granted, she was most likely referring to the corrupt government and not the people. Your countrymen and your government are two very different things. As an American in 2023, I am extremely aware of that fact. Anyway, awesome set. Thank you for sharing it!
Yes, the Majdan then fucking Putin invading Crimea galvanized people of Ukraine, so that when fucknuts invaded the whole country he was somehow surprised that Ukrainians are fighting back.
So what's the point? She didn't go to Russia after war started, she went to Ukraine. Not every one of anti-maidan were for separation. And they didn't even were anti-maidan. Maidan and Russian spring and the war are completely different things. So why tf would she be against her country when Russia destroys it? Even her guitarist was in Kiev when the war started. People change their mind. Situation in Ukraine was complex and a lot if people were confused but now Putin put everything in its place.

Yes, I was abused by teacher's. I was hyper active. I use to climb on the playground equipment a lot. Got blisters on my hands all the time. My older brother said I should pop them with a pin. I would get callous on them. One time I was freaking out the girls in class,3rd grade, and sticking pins through them and waving at them. Lol Teacher came over ripped pin out of my hand and asked if I liked sticking straight pins in myself and proceeded to jab me in arm and back, what seemed like a hundred times. I wasn't laughing after that.
Not usually a fan of the screamo stuff..... But the band are great. And....I dont know if I'm in love.....or terrified of Tatiana. Maybe both? Yes both, I think 🤣
