kinda sad how we'll probably never seen jiren again, not alot of people liked him but i personally loved his character an absolute power house with indomitable will and determination
He had some moments for sure, but characters like Toppo and Dyspo showed more personality and "interest" than Jiren did. He doesn't have much going for him, except the last 2 things you mentioned

No one can defeat jiren but except one thing something can beat jiren once and for all and that is legendary ultra instant goku the reason why jiren can't fight that power because he have not seen goku reach to the new level of absolute power
