U can c fear in Maldonado's eyes since first seconds of the video,when he look up jiri from close before they touch gloves he looks like thinking "fuck I'm fucked". On other hand Jiri look so calm ,relaxed ,confident. ..and then Samurai flow!

É inegável q ele era melhor antes, então mereceu estar lá pelo período q esteve. O q acontece é que o jeito dele de lutar encurtou a carreira dele. Sempre preferiu trocação franca e está pagando a conta com as sequelas, como queda no reflexo, perda de explosão e perda na capacidade de assimilar os golpes q recebe.

The best sequence is 0:20 - 0:25 It looks like Fabio wants to say to the coaches: Guys, wouldn't we rather go home? What kind of monster did you send against me? 😂Note that he made one big mistake. He did not shake Jiri's hand at the beginning of the Fight. This made him decide how quickly Jiri would kill him.

a textbook example of letting the knockout come on its own- being patient and trusting in your hands- looking for the right timing- dont force the ko to happen! lots get countered or clinched that way!

Maldonado deveria ter trabalhado mais à distância, encurtado no momento certo ou simplesmente trabalhar um boxe sujo. Pra mim ele seguiu uma estratégia errada em querer ficar trocando à distância contra um lutador bem mais alto e com envergadura muito maior.

I love j i r i and I hope he's going to make a comeback soon he does have an awkward style and sometimes it looks like he takes more chances and Punishment then he should😮😮😮 he should bring in other coaches to help him in that area that is why GSP kept getting better and better is he kept putting money back into coaches to help him get better skills😮
