this is definitely NOT a toxic relationship, these two are clearly more understanding of each other than even regular couples, the way they always protect each other and give each other enough mental space to grow as individuals even with desperate reasons for their actions, they've literally risked their own lives to save each other more than once; if anything at all, they're the most caring couple ever

@@oumaouma3672 she did that because she was repulsed by his business and wanted to punish him. She came to pity him in the end. Then that it was just one foolish mistake after another.

@@exoismystrength9833 oooo? I see that. They both grow under desperate and harshest of circumstances. The story revolves around the idea of "nobody knows your problem." and took it to where you said. Jisoo Oh was always called a "fucking loser" (in Gyuri's own words) and Bae Gyuri was also always told "Why do you do this! Is my game a life to you?!" They both change Jisoo becoming almost probably the "badass" at the end? or actually he was able to confront himself with the problem which was owning up to his mistakes to Minhee So, then, rearing its own head and ending up getting stabbed at the end. And Bae Gyuri seeing this seriously by taking the situation a bit further by actually caring for Jisoo, even till the end. Actually they both in fact did: When Jisoo toppled the attacker at banana karaoke and rescuing Gyuri when she got kidnapped. And just money money money w/ Gyuri. They really only have themselves now. I think the deepest message of the story is that when 2 people come from similar backgrounds, having no role model or real guardians. All abused and lost souls. I think the real difference between them is economic background and family backgrounds, but leads to the same problem and pain they have. Still, they become the power couple doing the dopest shit like... escaping Australia from the FEDs. Gets real for real. Deepp BTW, if you're reading this that's dope because I just finished the show and I am still finding words to cope with Post Series Syndrome 🤣

Yes agreed. Their push and pull relationship is what's also making their tandem interesting. I really wanted them to kiss, I keep waiting everytime they're alone together but when they didn't, it's still okay. Really wanted an s2 to see the progress of their relationship
