Well she already had a good foundation from listening to Rose, Jennie, and Lisa often using it as a common language between the three of them. If you watch Blackpink House, it's kind of shocking how those three are constantly going in and out of Korean and English among each other. Jisoo has been hearing English a long time with those three around her. With her traveling more internationally she is finally taking that step of trying to think in English and form her own sentences in it. That is usually the hardest step in learning a foreign language. The more she travels internationally and the more she is involved in doing media work where English is used the more comfortable she will become over time. Eventually she will probably reach a comfort level where having a native speaker like Rose and a near native speaker like Jennie will allow her to improve rapidly as she will want to get even better and have the people to practice with. After this tour, she almost certainly will be even hungrier to learn English better as she'll sense she is on the cusp of being able to fully interact on American and European shows more freely with even just slightly better English.

I would say that Rose and Jisoo are the two best in terms of vocals. I also don't think the fans are xenophobic. I think she's underrated because of the lines she gets. If you look at Jennie and Lisa, they always get great rap moments and have that swag and that flow that makes them popular with fans. Rose gets most of the choruses, where her vocals shine through every time. Jisoo gets some of the choruses, but more often gets the parts that build up to the chorus or just parts of the regular verses. At least that's what it feels like to me.

TBH, they are all strong vocalists. Jennie and Lisa have their rap swag going for them, as mentioned, and Rosé's sound is very unique. Jisoo has always been the most stable singer though, and she has a good ear for harmonizing (as does Lisa). In any other group Jisoo would stand out easily, but BP happens to have 4 ladies with strong stage presence, and due to their girl crush concept, the other girls just tend to catch your eye a bit more. However, I don't think BP would really work without Jisoo, because she sets the mood, and does a lot behind the scenes.

Actually i met alot of people who had Jisoo as their bias. She isnt that much underrated.
