Try the steps below. RU-vid cut out some audio because they claim I had copy righted music from Brazil in the background so it cut the sound. Probably was the Jive mini pods unhappy with my review.
1 Delete in your Blue Tooth any Jive mini pods past connections
2 Press the button on the back of the case and hold it in about 30 sec
3 Then open the top and do it again and do it again.
4 Then close it back up and reopen and try a connect. Take out the left head phone first always. Then the right. This has worked for me but I will admit it's hit or miss I have one pair that just will not reconnect the right head phone.
