I like Jiara cause they are both broken in some way and they just complement each other, JJ is a broken boy who can be too much in clouds sometimes and he needs someone (Kie) to get him back to ground, and just to make him happy, and be there for him like in S01 E06 or E07 i'm no exactly sure which episode it was but that hug was so full of emotions more then Kie and Pope's kiss, and Kie is more of VSCO girl, and resposible, and perfect daddy's daughter, and she needs someone (JJ) to corrupt her a bitt
They mentioned she had a kook year.. and she and Sarah were friends until Sarah didn't invite her to a birthday party... everything else is just speculation. I'm hoping they'll tell us more.
There soulmates, they need to be together In season 2, I love all the pogues but kiara and pope dont belong together, I dont ship kie and pope at all. With the moments JJ an kiara have the way they protect one each other, the way they look at each other, clearly there in love with one another and they just haven't done nothing about it or admitted it to themselves yet.
I think that season 2 would still be a bit too early. JJ and Kiara definitely need more progression before they take their relationship to the next level. I mean, right now, they don't have those type of feelings towards each other. If they were to get together in season 2, it would be too rushed. Hopefully in maybe a season 3 though.

I can’t wait for the next season! I see these two as being endgame. As soon as Kie asked John B if he had told Jj that they kissed, I shipped them. I saw this theory where Kie and Pope will be together till the end of season 2, they break up bc Pope finds a girl that suits him better and their break up leads to Jj and Kie getting closer and they end up getting together in season 3! I love this because their relationship would be built on so much by then!!! 💜💜💜
They should be Endgame for sure! I don't want to see them rush it in season 2. I want to see the friendship slowly develop into something more. Since he's the only one she hasn't kissed, I see them getting closer as friends when Pope and her struggle and then don't work out.
a scene that ive always loved of jj and kie is when all the boys were picking kie up from her house and jj put his hand out to help herrr. it was jus a simple thing but so so cute

They are for not together in season 2 because Kiara kissed John B and Pope and it would kind of seem like she would want to get with all the boys (or something like that I think Rudy said that once in an interview)

The first video I watched of outerbanks was an edit of jj and Kiara before I watched the show and I literally thought they were a couple. I was really upset when they weren’t together, I don’t know what the writers are doing but they better be together!
