I'm a longtime user of Zildjian, and still a fan of the brand. Here I talk a little bit about my experience with Zildjian throughout the last 30+ years of playing.
I played around with the Zildjian Alchem-e. Interesting concept of having the ability to access most of the Zildjian catalogue of cymbals. But, I don't think they're quite there yet. You might find them interesting.
