when someone has a reverse arm bar on you, tap right away. it's even more dangerous than the standard arm bar because apparently you can crank it evne faster than the standard armbar. and all it take is just 11 lbs of pressure to snap the elbow.

Why do coaches teach girls what is the best way to fight and beat boys but nothing like 5hwt they teach to boys how to best girls the best way???? Absolutely not. They both respect each other and the sport. This sport is where the coaches treat boys and girls the same. For matches the kids get match up on size and experience.

In jiu jitsu styles amongst kids many girls even became worldchamps in mixed tournaments often girls get 1.to 3. Places and then the first boy on place 4. And often they win the finals quite easily and fast.
