The Knicks have a clear identity of who they are: gritty, scrappy, aggressive, going after rebounds and loose balls and getting steals, making second-chance shots, and just being all-out relentless. The Sixers have NO identity - and they have still been in every one of these games. They could easily be up 3-2. They desperately need a number 3 guy who can give them 20 points a night guaranteed, as well as some rebounds and assists. It's not Harris and it is not Oubre Jr. When they get this number 3 guy things will begin to fall into place. They have at least 3 first-round draft picks in 2024. They could draft a number 3 or use these picks to trade for one. We'll see. I am still not ruling them out of this series against the Knicks. How can Maxey play this way at the age of 23!?

You can see in the slow motion replay that if there was a foul it was clearly on the drive... not on the shot. yet they gave him the "and 1" Am i the only one who thinks the refs send guys to the free throw line way to often. Giving away free points! I can find countless replays of drives to the basket a foul called and a full second later a shot is attemped... then they send them to the free throw line! if this is the case you could do this 50ft from the basket, get a foul , then throw your arms up and be sent to the free throw line. you shouldnt get free throws if you are running with the ball... get fouled ... throw your arms up a second later and be sent to the line.
