I honestly think that our education system is failing in matters of critical thinking - is it difficult to understand that; 1) MM reapplying defeats the court order in favor of MM. 2) Re-entry as a foreigner limits his duration and rights. Jeff did not make sense in some of his questions .

I feel that Jeff wasn't being reasonable with this 'Once on the ground' phrase. Miguna would have done that if he wasn't deported to Canada.
