JL3 flash firmware using Lightburn to Win 

Good day I just got a jl3 and am trying to get it to work with lightburn but when i try to access that fill up above it says denied can you

please help, there were no drivers on my jl3 usb for windows

hello. I have been watching videos about lightburn it seems to me that it is compatible with wainlux jl3. I have installed lightburn, however I have not been able to get the laser to work with that software. I saw a this video that it is configured as GRBL LPC but I can't connect the laser. Apparently you have to do something else like update the firmware. could you help me please. Thank you
