You said it gets 20 hours battery life..... is that when using each earbud independently? Or does that mean you can charge A PAIR 4x before needing to charge the case again? In other words , how many times can I charge both earbuds simultaneously before recharging the case? ....twice as a pair or 4 times as a pair? Thanks in advance for your reply!!

The earbuds are awesome but the only thing that I don’t like is the case charger because it just comes with a box but the case charger just comes wide open with the earbuds showing not even with way to hide them the earbuds not they to be showing up from the case charger at least I didn’t have to pay so much for them because I got them from Black Friday just like 20 dollars i paid for them

I just got these and the sound is definitely not that good in my experience. Maybe because I use to use the Jaybird X2 for the past 5 years+ but the sound isn't all that great at all. I like how they fit but other than that. they don't really have much.

My JLab ( the model is Ga air )but they won't turn on.. and the light only blink when charging . They rapidly blink blue then red or white them blue .. but when I turn on Bluetooth on phone it says there's no jlab ear buds on idk what to do I tried to delete the Bluetooth then pair no devise doesn't work if anyone knows what to do please comment

Great quality and features. Unfortunately the sound is horrendous. They are very thin sounding, lack bass and fullness even when you switch it to their bass boost eq setting. They sound as if I’m holding my iPhone’s speaker up to my ear. Unfortunately I’m sending them back.
