DO NOT BUY FOR PC You cannot use the microphone and headphones at the same time. When using both at the same time, audio quality is reduced to a horrible mono-sound quality. The only way to make them usable is to go to Settings > Bluetooth and devices > More devices and printer settings > right click JLab Play Pro > click Properties > click services > uncheck Handsfree Telephony and hit apply or OK. Doing this will temporarily disable your microphone until you restart everything or re-enable the setting, but the headphones will at least be bearable to use. DO NOT BUY FOR PC
Hey! So I have that jlab headset but my mic wont go on. Do you know what im maybe doing wrong? (Its my first time using a headset so uh I dont know much about it :[ ).
I bought this headset and the Genki Bluetooth for the Switch and it sounds great.. But when I play FORTNITE and try to voice chat with others in game I can't, even when the Boom Mic (included with the Genki Bluetooth) is connected to the Switch (it works only when the headset/Mic is connected wired.. Can you help me with this issue?..
So I just got the gaming headphones in the mail. I'm pretty pleased as I expected. This is my 4th pair of JLab Bluetooth headphones. (I like the jbuds pro but I keep loosing them🤦🏽♂️) I do wish the speakers rotated horizontally but they're comfortable even with prolonged use. The buttons are very easy to identify by touch. The mute microphone button is pushed in when activated so you can tell if you have a hot mic or not, which is always good to know lol. In terms of sound quality, they are significantly better than the MPOW HC5 but not as good as the SONY WH-CH510 which is annoying because they scratch all my itches( 3.5 mm aux jack (though I'd prefer 3.5 to 3.5 instead of the 3.5 to micro USB🤷🏽♂️), over ear, Bluetooth, retractable boom microphone). You can't find all those features anywhere else at this price point. I can use them with my PS4, phone, work pc, laptop and my airplane if I had one. I would gladly give JLab a little bit more of my money for a more premium audio version in this exact same form factor.
@@JDubb Lots of mixed reviews about these. I don't live in the US, and shipping is a killer, but there are almost no other form factor like these besides the Arctis 3 Bluetooth. Are these any good?
