I have had these for 6-7 months, and they are AMAZING. The only bad thing is when the battery gets low, all you hear is LoW baTtERy then 10 seconds later lOw bAttErY etc. I think the audio is okay, even though it isnt the best, but its not that bad at all
I remember when I first got these and was using to go to sleep , I started tripping “ where is that light coming from ? Is it a light? My eyes?” I looked around , turned the room light on and off hahaha! I was high as hell though These phones are perfect for me as I have my own business and work I’m with loud tools, I can listen to podcast and get great ear protection at the same time. Also they are cheap so if I break them or leave them somewhere it’s no big deal.
Haha these headphones will do that to you! That is the nice thing about budget headphones, it's not a huge risk to take and doesn't stress you out financially. lol
I bought them as my first pair of headphones for college. It eventually broke at headband. Although the combination of the physical design and anc is ideal, the reason I didn’t buy a second one is that the sound quality is too bad. I remembered several times when watching podcast or attending zoom meetings, I couldn’t distinguish what the person says. Also the anc on simply makes talking voice around you more stood out, so no point in buying it.
i recently broke my sony wireless heaphones (to me these are some very good quality headphones) so i'm using these! i'm not well versed guy in the tech for headphones, but these seem to be a perfect alternative to my sony headphones! at first the compactness and weight threw me off but i've quickly grown used to them. one thing though that i am a bit concerned about is the constant low ringing when music is playing/isn't playing? but i'm not sure if it's the headphones or me, since i do experience ringing in my ears often. but even if it is from the headphones i hardly notice it.
*WORST HEADPHONES EVER!!* * just bought a pair of those headphones today I have video proof and pictures that I posted on my Facebook Instagram Twitter and RU-vid there’s hardly any volume at all so I respectfully called the number on the back of the box to file a respectful complaint however the receptionist was very rude to me I hate to see people miss lead and spend your hard-working money on something that don’t work I think it’s a shame that headphones from dollar tree work better than J lab studio brand*
Honestly I'm surprised so many people love these headphones compared to not liking them like I said in my review. I just wasn't feeling them. Especially a couple years later with how many products have released that are much better for the price. Were you able to return them? Got something else?

My brother in law was laughing because he seen my post on Facebook and the same thing happened to him he went to go buy my niece headphones he had to return them and then he went to five below to get her headphones. We were laughing because what were the odds of both of us needing headphones same day lol maybe their or headphones that work better in this brand I don’t know because this is my first time trying you know this brand and the volume was like as if it was a number two barely any volume at all I bought JVC headphones for the same price and what a huge difference they work AMAZING!!! 😄
Hey bro awesome review but I am not sure if this would work for what i need it work which is playing pool. You see at pool halls often you have people playing awful music which makes it difficult to focus. So this could drown out the noise not completely but could help me play with crappy music blaring right??
Has anyone already tested the mic? I put headphones on in my online classes and when I spoke my teacher told me that he hardly heard me, I have made calls on messenger and they do not listen to me either, does anyone know why? :c the sound is fine but the mic isn't.
Yes, in the mic test I did they honestly don't do well. There are headsets from Jabra and Plantronics/Poly that do amazing for online classes or for situations where you need to be heard. Is that the only reason you'd need a mic is for online classes?
Many thanks for such a honest and unbiased review... I have used JLAB headphones and completely agree with you. These are just below average sound quality products but not cheap for international consumers. Please never buy JLAB, they really need to work hard on sound and build quality...
I'd say for movies, podcasts and audio books it's a good pair of headphones. I know when I talk about the ANC I made them sound terrible but they're good for movies.
@@TechOutAdam I got them at my place of work, but I also did message the support team and they gave me a code to get a new aux chord I just need to pay shipping so fingers crossed 🤞
@@dogensuch Shoot, I haven't had that issue so I wouldn't be able to help. I'm not sure what to do other than contacting JLab directly with their warranty. Maybe even returning them for a new device. Where'd you get them and what type of headphones do you normally like?
@@TechOutAdam I got it from best buy and the type headphones i like are like this one they are comfortable and they remove that room sound but the one I have just has delay and I dont like that
I actually have been experiencing issues with JLab products lately. I have two podcast mics that are completely burnt. The mics don't pick up at all on my computer no matter what cable I used. It's weird. How long have you had these headphones for?
if ur using discord via phone not much you can really do on mic input department if you are laptop or desktop you can get a headset that will most likely go on sale for extremely cheap and last you a while
I got them for work and doing yard work. I love them. Difficulty turning off the headphone once turned on. Must be glitch in the headphone connection or wiring.
Am I the only one who has had a huge button problem, a bought two of these and both of them ended out the same. The power button on both of them always stopped working
