Who was the woman who called JLo on the cell phone and basically told her to stop forcing the relationship and prove something to the public??? It's hard to say which one of them is more to blame, on one hand Jlo is known for being rude af to people, on the other Ben has A LOT of baggage and isn't the nicest person either

I know someone who has done her hair before and she’s veryyy high maintenance. He had to do her hair with a body guard in between them…. So strange. She definitely seems to be the problem.

There’s no way they didn’t discuss Ben’s recovery and what he feels he needs to succeed, and she can’t act like she didn’t know about it. I would never have an alcoholic partner and not support their journey. Even if her alcohol brand was already in the works, she could have sold it - it’s not like she needed the money. Marriage is about being equal and holding each other up, not pushing each other down 😔

She’s a serial monogamist. She hops from relationship to relationship without a break, and it’s not healthy. And as a family law attorney for going into my 19th year (Jesus CHRIST, I’m old), prenups are less than 5% of my business. Re: the alcohol, I don’t like it. Because I’ve done divorces since I was 26, people ask me what advice I’d give. I always say, there’s no such thing as HIS problem versus HER problem (change pronouns as needed). If you’re married, the problem belongs to both of you, because that’s what you signed up for. If she knows the depth of Ben’s alcohol problem-and who didn’t?-then choosing to do an alcohol line is beyond the pale. That’s such a slap in the face to him. He’s supposed to support her and her goals at the possible, and likely probable, detriment to his ongoing recovery? Make it make sense.

I think if my spouse said that they were not at a place in their sobriety/ recovery where they could not be around alcohol without falling to temptation, I would push the project back or just pull out entirely. IMHO

sooo the only reason why I don't think the alcohol brand made sense is because Jlo had said she didn't drink because it was bad for your skin, it aged you, bad for your health so I just didn't thinkshe drank enough to make an alcohol brand. I use to love jlo but yeah maybe she is just difficult. I read that Ben didn't like that she would talk about their personal intimate details to people. I guess he wrote her all kinds of letters and she let her team read them and they called him "Pen Affleck" and he supposedly felt like it was rude for her to do that.

So, I am a recovering alcoholic and I am in AA. As someone in recovery you can't get away from alcohol. You learn tricks to keep from being tiggered and if hes been sober for years than he would probably be ok being around alcohol.

I don’t wanna sound mean but I think it’s her. She looks like a “mean girl”. I heard people say she’s mean, as mean as Mariah Carey 😅he looked so full of life and in love in the beginning, but in the end he looked so lifeless. Maybe she’s the problem 😬 I feel like she used her Latin culture to her advantage, so maybe she the same with men. Please don’t hate me it’s an opinion. 😅

Im not surprised they divorced. He's already dating someone else and she might be out of touch with how to deal with relationships. They both need counseling

I feel like she is a difficult woman. No one stays for long. However, her lifestyle is busy. I mean she probably is always gone. She’s a hard worker. But people keep saying she’s rude too. But idk. I feel like maybe they had a sexual chemistry but didn’t get along personality wise. They connected that way & thought oh this work out but knowing it wouldn’t and Just both look like stubborn hardheaded people. Plus I’d be looking grumpy too if I couldn’t control my alcohol and had to stop drinking 😂

The alcohol line is new and came at a time he was recovering and she was on his azz. So I think she’s wrong for that. I think it was a way to almost tease him or just be the biotch we all know her from.
