benjamin taylor of course because it has a huge after market. But you gotta sink a lot of money in it to make it capable. You’re literally chopping half the truck and putting newer stronger bits on. If I had the money to blow I would do it
Mikhail Magpayo I’m in the process of doing it difference is I’m not posting it on Instagram calling it a game changing build haha they are nice though the market caters for them they are the most customisable dualcab currently on the market.
We need to see and hear more hand slapping, please increase by at least 50%, as its the highlight of the show. Don't hesitate to add a couple of aaaahhs also.
Shane Norwell 70k for the Ute 45-60k for the gvm upgrade a couple of interior upgrades and you have a Ute better than anything on the market aside from buying a big American truck.
they assembled it without priming the raw steel section which looked to be over 140mm long that goes inside the member??????? ummm rust? can you please explain if that is how i see it and if not can you provide any photos to show the section was paint on the day? im looking to potentially purchase this kit and now concerned. time in video is 9.00 to 9.13
I don't think that super chassis is 300mm longer. It's the same length because there another section underneath the cabin which is also welded for 300mm extension.
This seems like a massive kit with all the quality components. But standing outside, how do you personally feel about this kit? Do you think you bought the wrong vehicle if you need to spend 15k to convert it to coils?
Ask the pea nut that owns j Max if he wants to buy back he’s 800 air box that don’t fit into my car cause you can not close the bonnet. But he can do a gvm upgrade
how much dose a recent 79 series go for in Australia? im seeing built ones go for over 100k. Wouldn't a fullsize American pickup be a better fit for room and capacity? i know they go for quite a bit but would it be just as much as the 79 Series?
70 series cruisers are the best 4x4 period....no comparison out there they are in a league of their own, the only vehicle that came close was the old 4.2 turbo patrols that's it.
Superior bag the shit out of jmacx. I imagine jmacx do likewise. Anyone out there got experience with both to give an opinion? Aside from the gvm and track correction the main reason to go coils is flex. Neither kits seem to do that from what ive seen.
@@NAGoodness Something like a 4wd canter, at least they are designed to carry weight, can carry enough water for a shower every night, enough fuel to do 2000km, won't break from being overloaded, not a fan of these massive gvm upgrade 4wds, 3.5t max I reckon but what do I know
Not to be a hater but for the same money couldnt you just buy a mog? Unless you don't have the licence which is a valid reason no doubt but i just thought it'd be easier to buy a uni mog and make it comfy, rather than chopping up a 70 series like the rest and have every one thinking they're 'cowboy tuned' taking the piss. That and massive wheels are allowed on a mog
@@user-rv6zk1pp7r yea I had that problem when I used mine as a fire truck earlier this year, I had to make up a roof top cage to bounce branches off of, so I could send it through the bush
