This is the highest mountain pass I have ever done in my life, so I am very proud of my accomplishment. This is the end of Yosemite National Park and the beginning of the Ansel Adams Wilderness. When one door closes, another opens in life. Everyone, regardless of age, should come hike the John Muir Trail, even if you only have a day.
