Thought I would give some tips for being active as you had asked if anyone had any tips, I feel we are similar I also hate going to the gym would rather do it in comfort of my own home, I am midsize and just wanting to feel more comfortable in my body I’m not really on a weight loss journey or anything. RU-vid has wonderful workouts I most enjoy the “ lazy girl workouts “ 😅 yes they are seriously a thing. However if you are looking for toning you will probably have to purchase some kind of weights even ankle weights. My goals are to try to stay in a calorie deficit but not restrict myself from eating things I want to eat, get 10,000 steps a day, drink a lot of water a day and portion control. For the coffee thing personally I would try to skip the whipped cream as you already are putting other sweetener in the coffee you would be surprised that making little switches/ cutting small things out. However again if you really love it I think life it too short to not enjoy it. No tips on the breakfast as I don’t eat it I just enjoy coffee and do lunch and dinner 😅 Even cleaning is a workout so just doing something is really better than nothing and you aren’t going to be perfect all the time all that matters is you are trying ❤❤
