it's a blatant ripoff, yes, but i don't think there's anything illegal about it, or there'd be no cover bands. (Having said that, Led Zep nearly got sued just because the start of their song sounds a bit like the start of another, but in that case money was made - it doesn't appear this Lukkas performer made money from this performance). No i'm not a lawyer.
why dislike tapefaceboy's video? hes catching someone plagiarising him, it would make more sense to do that on a video that passes this brazilian ripoff as original
Inspiration is one thing and plagiarism in another. And this is one of the worst cases of plagiarism I've ever seen! Its just TERRIBLE! Out of the wonderful comedians in the world it is a shame this had to happen to you :(
Trust me! This "João Kleber" is the worst TV show here in Brazil. We hate this shit, and nobody watches... But you really are a genius! Congratulations from Brazil!!
pretty pathetic that people will so blatantly rip off someone else's act. also very pathetic that no one in the production crew was apparently assigned to ensure the integrity of the acts they allow on. you see the same a lot with magic, which can be harder to catch theft in, but such a clear theft of act and image is shameful and pathetic for everyone involved
Brandon Brandon Chiam Are you fucking dumb? You are one of people that i was talking about, Tapeface or the guy that upload this video got ripped off by some brazilian guy from his act in american got talent
