Sir, in the first explanation... You forget to mention the effect of friction, which is even lower in case of rolling motion... Mass is not much effective here... Because anyone can easily jump over a flat wood of similar mass, kept parallel to ground... I hope everyone can understand it.
Indeed true and if you fix the same skateboard on a pole with rollers not touching the ground (means skate would remain still) then jump is possible due to friction.
I am an IT professional still I watch your videos for fun. Had we gotten this type of education then an average student like me could have also cracked IIT. But great to see students are getting practical knowledge about concepts which will make them love the subject.

Sir there is query in first illustration what if we put skateboard in horizontal form bkoz first you put the skateboard in vertical form . I think if we put skateboard in horizontal form then anyone can cross your border line . Sir is this possible 🤔
Jab hum skateboard ko vertical rakte hai tab skateboard ke wheels roll kar sakte hai, matlab hamare jump krne pr skateboard peeche jaa sakta hai. Lekin jab hum horizontal rakh denge tab wheels roll nhi kar payenge ( fir skateboard normal cheezon ki tarah kaam karega jese koi brick) tab hum jump kar paayenge. Ok?

Hi there! The concept is great but I think the low mass explanation is a little inaccurate. The role is of the friction. If he kept the skateboard perpendicular to the line of jump, then the jump would have been possible as the friction would be out of line with the rolling friction of the wheel. If I am wrong then please correct me! @scienceandfun
The real definition is that , lower the mass more the acceleration as compared to greater mass when same f is applied. In this case if you put skateboard perpendicular then you achieve that jump as wheels won't moves..but in case of vertical the wheels will moves and reduce friction and according to law its acts.

Mass in not playing the role but the frictional force, here the reaction force is contact force(friction+normal). As here friction becomes low by making contact area less with the use of wheel, it is very much clear that there won't be satisfying force in forward direction to achieve that length jumped by sir. @@GauravSharma-je4rj But, think that if there were no wheel, only upper part, you can easily jump. Mass to hamne aur reduce kar diya but friction badh gya, kyunki coefficient of friction badh gya. Conclusion: Mass is not alone which increases the friction, but the friction coefficient. P. S : Here, wheel hamne hta diya so, Mass decreased and friction increased.

What if we put the board horizontally rather than vertically and then jump from it ? The statement was to jump from the skateboard and cross the line right but sir didn't said us that in which position we need to keep the board ...
