I am about 80% British, and I think Jo Koy is hilarious! I heard one of his skits many years ago and I still think he is one of the funniest comedians.
Legit one of THE funniest dudes ever! He’s a great storyteller but his energy, timing, relatability along with seeing his enthusiasm is soooo captivating! You can tell he would’ve been genuinely entertained by each of the scenarios that turned into his ‘jokes’.
"I'm Filipino my mom and your mom have the same damn thing" HAHAHAHA Filipino mom really got angry every time their child go home late at night. :)i love this and i laugh more:)
He is a natural stand up comedian where he can entertain the audience without showing object or props for making them laugh, I can understand how hard to make other people laugh and construct or build an message and sentences in order for them to relate to it. It includes the diction or delievery of your words/thought.
I have watched some other videos of Jokoy before and somehow it never failed to make me laugh. Like, his sense of humor is very natural and talks about something that we all can relate. He is like an icon. A true Filipino by blood and by heart. Such a great role model to other Filipinos who are in abroad. Like, he is not afraid or ashamed of his Filipino blood , and he takes good pride on it. I hope other Filipinos out there would take this as an inspiration, that no matter how far we are now, we should never forget where we have been.
Very entertaining and worth watching, The topic is so realistic that everyone can really relate life. I can't help but to laugh in every joke that you throw. Thanks for a very good vibe that you gave to your audiences god bless. 🙏
@@carld1240 well judging by what filipinos think is humor, i think not. They like gay stand up comedy. Nothing wrong with it, but i think mlst would find this kinda humor offensive. (Not to those who can relate tho)
You always make me laugh😂. Showing them how great Filipinos is. Our accent, happiness and great hospitality to others. It's heart-warming seeing your videos relating to Filipinos and also our culture. #ProudtobeaFilipino
You are gifted. What a great talent you have!👍👌 You reminiscing the Filipino norms and mannerisms most especially the language we speak. You are also an aspiring people. Mabuhay ka!👍👌♥❤
This video sounds humorous because it is the reality on how the Filipinos are trying to learn the right pronunciation of the different foreign language. Yes, there are words that are mispronounced and there are words that the Filipinos create in their own. This is something unique of being a Filipino because they try their best to communicate to other people in order to understand one another. This is what I am proud of the Filipino people because when they go to other people they try to speak of the language of that particular place or they use the English for it is the universal language. Not the same with other nationalities who still spoke their respective language even if they are already in the Philippines and they are not using the national language of the Philippines. Even foreign people got mistake on how they pronounce the words in Filipino language. I am not saying that this happen to all foreign or local people but only to some or the others. After all, many foreign people go to the Philippines in order to learn English language. Other nationalities find the Filipinos as one of the best teachers for the English language. Let’s not discriminate one another but let’s help one another. We are not made to be perfect. It’s okay not to pronounce it correctly, not having the right grammar and creating some words as long as we communicate and understand one another. Remember communication with understanding is the bridge of the people to become one.
“That’s the Filipino thing, they love talent.” Filipinos are undeniably talented and one manifestation is through this guy. Not all can make someone laugh for such a long time but he consistently maintained the audience’s ambiance. More mouths to be widened! 😬
Wow, hahaha I was amazed thay most of the audience are not filipino, therefore most of the audience are educated how filipinos are and how funny Filipinos are ❤ kudos to JO KOY ❤
Thank you for sharing our culture, tradition, and stuff. You are a great guy. Filipinos love you. You are great and we are honored. #FilipinoPride#LoveYou
Just by see you standing up i started to laugh already..my throat aches ...my jaws are tired mouth not closing even after watching the videos i am still laughing
As a filipino citizen, its very relateable and yet this is so funny and the way he talks about it and his impression was totally hilarious the fact that most of filipinos are like that.
Omg jokoy’s statement was true and up until now it is much relatable, especially if Filipinos are fluent in Bisaya hahahaha! I cannot with your humor! 🥺💛
it actually depends on the region where theyre from. bec of their dialect that they cant pronounce certain letters. even when speaking tagalog they would have that regional accent. my english professor called it regional defect, and would often jokingly tell some of my classmates to boil their tongues to soften them a bit.
This video really made the distinct - and adorably laugable - mannerisms of the Filipinos known to foreigners hahaha yes, viewers, Filipinos are special that way.
This is what you call talent. Filipinos are indeed talented enough to compete with other nationality. The video itself represents how hilarious Filipinos are in terms of comedy and this guy is now my favorite love the humor tho.
