Hey lovelies,
So I literally started making this video after thinking: "Imagine making a JY/SR video... Just kidding. But imagine." AND I HAVE NO REGRETS.
I like Seung Ah btw (though I do prefer her counterpart Na Ri, the way the fangirl thing is dealt bothers me a bit...) and I enjoy her scenes with JY but I really thought KES would've done something with JY/SR since they were both second leads???? And one of KES' strong points is writing iconic second lead couples (Goblin, DOTS, Mr Sunshine) even if they tend to end up tragically. So I was surprised KES went nowhere with them???????? Big wasted potential.
They had everything tbh: the visuals, the whole King's bodyguard/PM dynamic, the chemistry, the potential TENSION and conflict between them... Sigh. My braincells did something with this edit tho! I wanted to use that song for years.
I do love SR's character though, I don't really think she loves LG and just wants to become Queen which is better that way for me rather than an useless love triangle where she makes a fool of herself for LG when it's obviously LG/TE are in love and she won't get anything...
She has an amazing background, can TKEM explore that more? SR climbed the ladder and started from the bottom. She used her DIVORCE to that weathly man (after a year of marriage) to get votes and become PM. THE EXCELLENCE.
She's ambitious and isn't afraid to show it, that's how politics work.
I hope she won't turn into a villain and go to Lee Rim's side due to her being too greedy (is he the one who keeps sending her newspapers from the other parallel world?)

Please, don't dislike this edit simply because you don't like this couple/prefer another couple/dislike Seo Ryung. It was just me having fun editing a crack couple that would've been great together. Still, I spent hours working on it so please, respect my work.

I just finished reading fan fiction that puts this couple together and, to my surprise, they could actually really work (but in a destructive/ surrendering type of way during early years of dysfunction). The video was a great visual for that context, thank you!

Honestly they are really strong characters, and their chemistry is just on point. This edit made me so happy knowing that I am not the only crazy one shipping them. Great work!!!!!!!!!

The actors have great chemistry, it's a shame the writer didn't use it for the script more often. I really like the idea of these two together, I genuinely thought there would have something between them before the drama aired given how they were both second leads (and the writer is known for great second lead couples). Yes! She had wonderful chemistry with so many of her co-actors. WDH was excellent in TK but until this fabulous edit, I did not give him and JEC - as a pair - too much attention. But I can’t now unsee it. Everyone just sizzled, and I drooled so hard. (I privately shipped PM Koo with her adorable secretary 🤭 while the show was on).

Their scenes in ep.11-12 lowkey looked like two exes randomly meeting each other at some place lmao! They really have potential... The visuals and also the whole idea of the PM trying to get closer to LG but ending up falling for his bodyguard!! We deserved that! Thanks a lot 💕 The next edit should be coming soon 😊

I like the idea, for a story about the bodyguard who falls in love with the "bad" girl (not so bad of the story, with an interesting reason, and with a redemption, etc.) ... I get a whole story...🙈😛... Even with those actors, but it was a different story, because although I did not dislike her character but in the end I hated. her, I say she was able to kill her contrapate.
