Brother, there are so many people who rejects project and sit on bench. How a organization provide development projects to all. Everyone want to join in development project which is not possible. Hence any company wait for max 6 months and if he fails to take project then atlast organization will ask them to leave away. Please do not blame TCS.
Bro they are not terminating if you have an ovelap issue then only they are suggesting you to put resignation if you don't have any ovelap issue then no problem for your job

Iam also faced the same issue of PF .I decided to resign the job ..bt at that time I lost my TCS laptop in my pg ...I just mailed to the HR nd all...they asked complaint FIR.I send to them...Truly It was missing in my pg ..They are believing me or not I don't know...Wt should I do...can you give me a suggestion regarding this ..
Oh! that's really sad bro. I have never heard the news about laptop theft. I don't know what can we do better in this situation. Be strong and follow up the case with police and check with HR n convince them. Hope you find a better solution :)
Definitely your company will have an emergency number whom you can contact in these type of situations. Try to know that number from your HR. They'll block everything in that laptop so it can be protected from hackers. Try to do it asap.
