@@mohdghani7171 well, leaving job was easy for me bcoz I didn't had any such financial responsibilities. I looked for other job, meanwhile got married, after a year of marriage.. My husband also left his job and we started a small Restaurant with our savings. Though its all good to hear but it's way more harder than our jobs. Mentally and physically ... But everyone has different situations and one shouldn't look answer in others... My brother is in IT sector for last 12 yrs but he has made it very clear since the beginning that he'll always prioritize personal life.. So he's in good position, earning very well... But if we compare with others, he's earning less than his fellows...so it's perspective towards life

thanks for showing the reality of jobs. it's very hard for working continuously for days months years. the effect on health is irreversible. please keep making such videos. please make something for bank employees whom are facing huge shortage in staff. profits are growing multiple times and but less staff every year. where there was six employees now there is three or two. injustice has to end.

Not even working hours here 12 hours job and abusive all time shoutings languages ,targer,huddle, branch banking,hell,looking like heaven according to customer. not everyone is made for it...i have tried several jobs but i realised i can't be suppressed while on job...i have dominating nature so i opened a business....and being a boss is the best thing .

@@kingsly1031 good for you and full support to you for being a boss. But the thing is people start to demean other people who are working in corporate. Not everyone is meant to be a boss. Also nowadays there is a trend to place a narrative that 8 hour corporate jobs are for slaves and there is no one happy in those jobs.

20 years... that is how long I have raised my voice for work life balance....Not found support in one single person...as a leader also I have tried to instill the importance of work life balance in my team...but simply they have no intention of actually doing anything to have a work life balance... starting with working smart and efficiently....as a leader I am so fed up of this attitude of everyone in the corporate world...bosses to juniors...that I have decided to just become an individual contributor...no team management....I am happy to have decent amount of cash and more importantly I want to have sufficient amount of time to fund me during my life, not my "luxurious" funeral

I was making app along with my colleague while my manager was participating in fun team meeting. I had got number two but still couldn't get up from my seat while in call with my colleague. Finally I mustered the courage and told him bhai, let's rajw a break and ran to the toilet, where I shat like anything. My intestines pained. I now have constipation, gas, acidity all because of working long hours and not having food on time. My eyes have black circles around them. This is the reality of work in India. It na hi nah I. My boss steals my ideas and strategy and presents it to top management AMD gets america trip and promotion!

It's true.... But we junior doctors in exchange of penny salary doing emergency duty of 24 to 36 hours without having any personal life.... In our country, now due to this many juniors doctors are depressed, doing suicide just due to worst work pressure with no relax time at all... And inspite of it, they are getting just penny in the name of salary

Common guys dont be a looser, i am also a 9 to 5 IT guy who is working for 4-5 hrs effectively baki 2-3 hrs ki meeting and weekend family ke sath time spend krta hu and 1 din frnds ke sath party and me time spend krta hu ,baki side business bhi hai and saal ke 2-3 trips bhi maar leta hu. Yes we exist, its totaly upto you ki aapko naukri me naukar banke kaam krna hai ya maalik bnke, baki rone wale rote rehte hai and krne wale usi company me acha work life balance bhi maintain krlete hain.
