Sir,Kindly guide me I'm working as AAO IN CAG,preparing for upsc but I'm not satisfied at all in job ,if I couldn't crack upsc should I aim for state civil services,will that be a wise decision to make?
@@fullscore01 yes sir,I cracked RBI GRADE B ,TOOK LIEN FROM CAG but due to central office work load resigned from RBI,I'm totally confused ,took a bad step regretting now badly but due to paucity of time was unable to prepare for upsc and state civil services

As per RR, 7 years service is required for promotion from AAO to SAO.. assume minimum 8-10 year for promotion..in some states..like UP, Bihar.. period may be much more.. meanwhile u will get L-9 (5400 gp) after 4 years of service after AAO joining date.

Search this 'pay protection in lower grade pay' and you find DOPT circular regarding this. Recently one ITI from Mumbai joined Delhi TA and his pay is protected, so I am saying this.
@@fullscore01 Sir jaise AAO me choice ni hota state ka but auditor me ranking k according hi na posting milti hai CAG me..? I mean auditor ko choice militi hai na state ka
@@SaurabhKumar-ig7mn If home state is a priority, then CGL must be given again. Who knows if you get AAO or some other 4600 gp post there... If the preparation of BPSC is going well, that would also be a nice choice.
