I dont see much advantage if you dont know German langauge. Unless you are from IT background where employers are ready to hire foreigners without German skilks, it is difficult to even find a job in other fields.

When you apply for job seeker visa, you get a visa permit to travel to Germany, land in Germany, find an accommodation for 6 months and simultaneously look for job. When you apply from India there"s no time limit. When you come to Germany you only have 6 months.

Hello Eri Can we apply for JSV if we have a Job in India. Does the Embassy wanna see any NOC or Relieving Letter from your current Employer before Issuing the JSV.
I dont see such a requirement in the visa checklist. Once you are able to find a job here in Germany then you will have to apply for job visa here like EU Bluecard.
A number of German recruiters has reached out to me but they are not willing to move ahead just Bcz of the Visa Sponsorship. They have asked to get the JSV First and then they can convert it to blue Card Or work permit. Can we do so to keep the JSV and travel only when we have the job offer in Hand.in this Case untill when the Visa would be valid, 3 months ot 6 months from the Date of issue?

I have applied with the travel health insurance from ICICI Lombard but it was rejected by the Consulate. Please suggest which insurance is valid for applying for the Job seeker VISA.
The rules have updated now, its not the same that used to be for insurances I guess. My list is old now. I will remove the link from description and will try to find the latest companies that are now acceptable by German consulates.
Generally the BA- The Bundesagentur für Arbeit checks the job profile and your educational qualification if the job role suits your education or not. Because the job roles has to suit your educational qualification. Delivery jobs pay per hour basis, I dont think it would be sufficient to manage your living in Germany.

Depending on your stream you can decide for example Financial sector is majorly in Frankfurt, you might also hve to travel to another city in case you get an interview call from them. No city is strict in terms of domain, you can find finance related job both in Frankfurt and other cities like Munich and Berlin.

I am not sure, why dont you directly apply on their job website and check. Coming to Germany without fluent German skills in sales would not be a great option and I would not suggest you to do so.

Thanks for the response. I’ve inquired with all the mentioned travel health insurance provider & got the response that they don’t cover pre existing conditions. German consulate rejected my feather & dr Walter health insurance by saying that these doesn’t cover pre existing conditions.

Very nice question, all you have to show is a one month hotel booking. 1. First option is book a hotel that has zero cancellation fees 2. You can reserve a hotel and get confirmation from Yatra.com and few other portals for few of cost. For flights also, yatra booking is a good option.
May be one of your try for JSV, once you get the job, and you apply for residence permit then bring your spouse and kids to Germany on Family Reunion Visa.

My understanding is you are showing your finances (blocked account) and you are planning to need your friend's help just for accommodation. I can see their are two different points in checklist, 1. you need to show 30 days accommodation only and 2. you can ask your friend to sponsor you by giving “Verpflichtungserklärung” (formal obligation letter). Airbnb (who are ready to give concent for you to apply for residence permit), booking.com or ImmoScout24. For Visa process I think you can show accommodation booking for initial 7 days from a hotel, which can easily be done on Yatra.com or booking.com with zero cancellation fee.
Only if you are an experienced professional, and you speak fluent German, then chances of getting sponsorship or getting hired in Germany will increase.
