Various people from the Copperbelt and beyond have started positioning themselves to acquire jobs in the Ndola -Lusaka Road construction project.
Those talked to by ZNBC News say the Ndola -Lusaka Road construction project will create jobs that will help cushion the unemployment levels among the youth on the Copperbelt, central and Lusaka provinces.
WILLIAM MUKUKA says he is camping at MOIC Consortium based along the Ndola Lusaka Road with anticipation of getting a job.
And BETHAH CHIBWE commended the Government for ensuring commencement of road works on Ndola -Lusaka Road.
Meanwhile, Copperbelt Minister ELISHA MATAMBO has disclosed that clearance of bush for the creation of a detour to pave way for the construction of Ndola Lusaka road is commencing in a few days time.
He said the development will also lead to an official ground breaking ceremony by President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA which will be done simultaneously in other areas like Ndola and central province.
Mr. MATAMBO has since thanked the Republican president for walking the talk on Ndola -Lusaka Road.
