Employers may not want to hire someone who can only work 20 hours a week. There are local students that do not have this restriction and offer flexibility for employers.

What if I am enrolled in a 16 months masters program in Canada and I apply after I complete 8 months of my study program? Is that possible? The CRS points calculator website says that the degree must be completed in part or whole to be eligible for the criteria "Earned a Canadian degree". I also have 3 years of work experience back in my home country and also IELTS General exam in which I got 8 bands. I am primarily targetting the Federal skilled workers program. My total CRS points are coming out to be 504 if I consider that I have earned a Canadian degree.
