Kc was the lead because it was more beneficial to the group,appeal and swag. Kci was more of the showman than Jojo. When he took to the stage he had people feeling what he was singing. Jojo was more laidback and hit you with his sweet tenor.
DeVante made the most money out of everyone in the group. He wrote, produced the beats and sang the songs. I'm sure he was fine with having KC as the lead lol

i actually met these guys in 1991 and was able to hang out with them after a show. it was something ill always remember for sure. a bunch of down to earth guys at the time
