It's a terrible show. But. Reis does a impressive acting job next to someone like Foster. It's just bad writing and casting really. Reis shouldn't be casted as a trooper with face piercings and neck tattoos, looking like a ufc fighter who was hired for nationality and fame. They should have went for more believable if you ask me. Reis has a really really bright future in other projects. It's a great springboard for her and it will ultimately be a great move for her. I'm just not impressed with the whole package personally

Jodie flies under the usual Hollywood radar, avoids drama etc. What a wonderful actor and woman. How can she possibly be 60?? A fabulous example of ageing without ruining your face - gorgeous and natural.

I was watching a French period film one time (A Very Long Engagement) when an actress came on screen speaking perfect, fluent French. Wow, I thought, that actress looks so much like Jodie Foster. But it WAS Jodie, she just took a tiny role in a foreign film made in a language she just happens to speak like a native. She’s always incredible, but I love how she’s always surprising us with her roles, too. And Kali Reis has 100% held her own on screen with a legend. I’m excited to see what she does next.

Jodie’s my girl. She’s a generation older than me, but I remember watching her in Disney films when I was a child and Starling was literally my role model as an adolescent. Somehow she still has this kid quality to her even though she’s 60.

With jodie foster.......you get quality. Quality in the acting art. Quality in the behind the scenes things.....producing.....directing......etc. quality in the selection of projects. If she's involved with anything it's going to be good. And lastly the quality of NOT messing with herself with facial sugeries. She looks JUST fine. Looks like HERSELF. I've always been a good fan. Thanks, jodie, for giving me so many different good things to waych. Appreciated. B.

I love True Detective with these talented women! I never watched the show before and want them to continue with these characters. Been a fan since childhood of Jodi's (I'm 2 years younger) and love seeing her thrive and continue along her great career. And I'm now a huge fan of Kali (had no idea she pronounced her name that way because I have a friend with the same name, different pronounciation).

Foster is always, well Foster. Legend and class. But Hoda often shines for me. She is so down to earth and utterly classy all at once. Not unlike Foster. Hoda has a special warmth in all of the industry. Here she just shines again as a woman so gifted at her profession. Her enthusiasm and warmth pull me into her lendary conversations and yet reach inside and warm my heart at the same time. Sure she has fantastic people she interviews, like Foster, who herself is always a pleasure, but I'll click on interviews sometimes just because Hoda is involved. She has a lovely elegance, kindness, humor, charm, and natural charisma that make her a star herself.

They definitely need to do more stuff together. A comedy caper drama. Playing a pair of crooks on the run from the law. Where chaos and hilarity ensues that would be so good. As they were both such serious characters in True Detective. I’d love to see Jodie especially in a comedy role with Kali Reis. ♥️♥️😂😂

The hosts are annoying. I know, that doesn’t sound very nice, but here you have these powerful, intelligent and gifted performers and the questions and comments watery and vapid. What a wasted opportunity to delve deeper into these wonderful women’s stories. Their True Detective turn is amazing. Solid performances. A must see.

I wish they would've done a better job including Kali in the interview. It feels like they only included her in the interview because she was sitting next to Jodie, not because she is in the new season of TD.
