Jodie Whittaker reads a life-affirming letter written by a terminal cancer patient 

Heather McManamy was in her early thirties when she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She died in December 2015, aged 36, and as the end grew closer she wrote the following letter, to be shared with friends and family after her death.
