Refrain, due to vulnerability and insecurity as a franchise, from input from players (employees) and their clueless fanbase. 4.) Cease with off-the-field distractions that masquerade the historic ineptitude of this horribly managed business. 5.) Identify, hire, and retain, a young coach with a bright offensive mind, who will be allowed to grow in the profession and implement a solid program around solid character being an established, successful coach, at the college or pro level will likely turn down your clueless ownership and management if offered the opportunity. The likely conclusion is the return of Rex Ryan, wish you luck with that! 6.) Stop letting the media, like your washed-up quarterback, make key decisions as far as game-planning, personnel, etc., etc. OH, THE PAIN BRO!! LOL!!!!

I think Zach knows at this point he's gone from the Jets after this year and that wherever he signs (and he will sign somewhere) that he'll be a backup. No reason for him to go back to a team that is going to cut bait with him at the end of the year. He can't salvage a starter's spot and he can't help them make the playoffs because their chances are gone.

My point is: let's not blame Beningo for dropping a bomb that everybody was already aware of. That, and if you already know that Beningo is a crazed fan and an emotional radio host with a penchant for telling it like it is, then how about not texting him with "private" thoughts about players who play for you? Yes, Beningo effed up, but let's place the blame where it really belongs. If Saleh doesn't have the sense to keep his thoughts to himself, then he doesn't deserve to be coaching at the level he currently is.
