I was poor 4 years ago and now I'm doing better than ever because the economy is booming. I don't understand why everyone acts like gas prices are the number one priority. I mean housing, insurance, health care, and most other bills like for phones and wifi are all way bigger than gas money for the month. Way, way up. My 401K and my wife’s IRA have skyrocketed along with the market. If you have a retirement account and savings have dropped over the last 4 years, then you just do not know how to save. And then there’s my kids, unemployment is so historically low, they could name their salary while different companies fought over them. Man, you must be doing something really wrong.
