Even with the 'full panned out' video, three noticeable things: 1) all the other world leaders remaining in a group for photos, 2) Biden wanders off and the Italian Prime Minister 'has to' refocus him, and 3) the look on Joe's face when he turned around and as he posed for the photos.

You can tell that his mental ability is declining and he probably should step down. It’s a natural progression of aging and people shouldn’t be making fun or light of it.
Then, accept and get the right diagnosis and care for him. In my opinion, he needs to be medically checked. I think the president role is too much for him😢😢.

See what you wanna see. There are 3 "incidents" in this video. 1. People give little salutes like that to friends or business acquaintences all the time. It means absolutely nothing. The video is desperately trying to imply that he thinks she is military and requires a salute. Pure garbage. 2. He "wanders off". No. He's the only one who goes over to greet the parachuters and talk to the them. The rest are too busy being "official looking" to relax and have any fun. The video is, again, desperately trying to imply that he was over there staring off into space. 3. Singing Happy Birthday to a world leader? Why is that a sign of diminished mental capacity? Are the rest of them too full of themselves to sing Happy Birthday after being told it is someone's birthday? This is just like the videos claiming he was sitting down when "there was no chair" at the D-Day ceremony, only to be exposed as a total lie.
