Joe is the first class performer with so much soul.....and he was just giving the podium to the next generation. Matteo is just invented the guitar in another way and now the best guitarist player. But this is good and very natural. Old fantastic players giving this to the new generation. One thing Matteo needs to learn more.....give the show . That he can learn from Joe, Vai and other great players
Now Joe sounds like the old man. I remember when Joe played Albert Hall, and Eric Clapton was the guest musician. Well Joe blew the doors off, and Eric sounded slow and old. Well, several years later, the kid Matteo steps up. Fantastic!
It's not that I defend Joe but Mateo plays a thousand notes at super speed and produces "one" feeling (awesome). bonamassa just plays one note and produces a thousand feelings at super speed. It's all right. bonamassa is incredible
