Man alive, what a great performance! Joe's guitar wizardry reached godlike status long ago, but his emotionally charged vocals can't be ignored... The Man can Sing! With each passing year his voice becomes more seasoned, he has developed into an amazing vocalist. He's still a young guy and he will grow even further as a guitarist, as a vocalist and as a songwriter. Joe and James House wrote this one, man, what a great song.

Simple progressions with so much feeling. No over playing, just let the song take you away. Joe deserves more credit for being not just a great guitarist but such a great overall musician.

I've only been aware of *Joe Bonamassa* for the past several years. When one looks at his musical progression, and growth; the totality of all of his music, from age 13 when Jane Pauley showcased him as he toured *as an opening act* during his summer vacation with *B.B. King;* through his years with *Bloodline;* to his acoustic concerts at the *Vienna Opera House,* and *Carnegie Hall;* to his past 4-5 albums, with each album seemingly better than the previous one; one thing becomes apparent. This is not a middle-aged musician content to rest on his previous body of work (30 years as a professional musician), but instead someone who at age 45 is still trying to expand his boundaries as both a blues rock guitar player, and as a vocalist. This recording is stunning. I keep coming back to listen to it, again & again.

That lead tone is pure magic. Not too distorted, or compressed, you can almost hear the natural acoustic resonance of the guitar - but loud and creamy. Man do I love it!

How can one man have seemingly endless talent for the guitar, songwriting, and singing?? Impossible right? Joe just proves that theory dead wrong!! Love this song as usual. I can’t wait till the best meteor shower of the year in August. Listening to Joe around 2-3 AM and lying on lawn chairs looking up at the billions of stars and frequent meteors in the desert southwest sky. It’s an experience that can’t be beat. Just remember to take a good long nap if possible because best viewing is from 2 through 4AM. They actually start from July 20 and continue through August 15 but peak on the 12. I just hope the monsoons don’t ruin it. We ‘ll see!!

Those female backing vocals lifted up this amazing song on the next level. The begginig solo immediately sucked me up into the song so deep, and I noticed there's no difference between studio and this live version at all.
