May Joe Bravo, a true pioneer and legend of Tejano music's big sound, rest in heavenly peace. He passed away on February 21, 2022. My condolences to his family and his friends. I remember as a kid in the 1960's, on my dad's day off from work in Michigan, he and his primos, all the wives and friends would barbecue and listen to Joe Bravo songs and that of other Tejano greats. Of course us kids running around freely, knowing our watchful disciplinng parents were there...con la chancla if necessary..lol. Joe Bravo never forgotten.
